At CareSync, it is our mission to empower individuals and families through comprehensive support and advocacy, ensuring access to quality health care and promoting informed decision making for optimal health outcomes.
Where do you feel the barrier is between you and your health care?
You always have a say in your health and wellness. Let me show you how.
Free Initial Consultation—Because Your Health Matters
I offer free initial consultations, giving us the time to sit down and discuss your needs and expectations to ensure you receive the support you deserve. As your advocate, I will act as your liaison between your primary care physician, pharmacy, specialists, and insurance providers.
I am here to set up appointments and can attend them with you upon request. I will assist with implementing and maintaining logs of important health data—such as FSBS, daily weights, and blood pressure readings. I can reconcile your medications and organize your medication planner accordingly. Additionally, I provide education for you and your loved ones on disease processes, medications, and procedures.
With years of experience in direct patient care, I’ve had the privilege of sitting bedside with many incredible people during my time in hospice care—mothers, fathers, uncles, aunts, siblings, and friends—each facing difficult decisions through the end-of-life process. I was honored to give them my full attention, to laugh, to cry, to sing, and to reminisce. Together, we made as many memories as possible each day.
My expertise also extends to wound care, and I cherish the opportunity to visit memory care patients, walking alongside them through their unique journeys. Every day brings different challenges, and every patient is different.
I understand the emotional toll that medical conditions take on families—my older brother and best friend has Frontal Lobe Dementia, and I’ve seen firsthand the roller coaster of emotions it brings. I provide education for families navigating this difficult disease, assuring them that they are not alone.
I have been fortunate to work alongside incredible medical professionals throughout my career, and I can consult with them whenever additional expertise is needed.
On a personal level, my husband has lived with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) since he was nine. Over the years, I’ve been by his side through small victories and difficult setbacks—many falls, emergency room visits, and a wide variety of therapy sessions.
Most of all, I am an active listener. I respond when a response is warranted.
At the core of everything I do, I simply want to help. I believe we are all exactly where we are meant to be—and I know that my place is in helping others.
